About Edgell Building & Development

Company History
Most residential construction companies begin small. Edgell Building is one such company that began in 1979 when David Edgell started doing remodeling projects.

Based on a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, the Company has grown to a full service construction company building houses in all price ranges and also offering light commercial buildings.

As the Company grows, development has become increasingly important. Previous projects include Prospect in Grant Creek, Orchard Park in Lolo, Bentley Park in Missoula, and as a builder in Mission Bay in Polson and Phantom Hills in Missoula.

Current developments are Hellgate Meadows and Windsor Park, both in Missoula. We are also building a condominium project, "The Dearborn", that is designed to offer secure living in the heart of Missoula.

Future projects are being planned that will offer a more affordable neighborhood, and empty nester community, and townhomes for those who want to leave for part of the year.

David Edgell's two sons, Justin and Mark, have joined the Company and are currently working in the remodeling division.
